This proposed website redesign for Ariel, one of the Philippines’ leading laundry detergent brands, reimagined the digital experience with a fresh sketch-and-handwritten aesthetic. The goal was to humanise the brand and make stain-solving feel more intuitive, personal, and emotionally relatable to everyday Filipino households.
By incorporating hand-drawn icons, playful annotations, and notebook-style textures, the design evoked the feel of a mother’s tips, a student’s doodles, or a homemaker’s quick notes—turning stain removal into a friendly, guided conversation rather than a technical chore. This visual language helped break down complex cleaning advice into simple, story-like steps that users could easily understand and apply.
