With kids and play ambassadors as co-creators, we transformed China’s largest library - Shanghai Library - into the world’s most playful. Every learning space was reinterpreted through a child’s lens, proving how play can unlock new ways of seeing, exploring, and learning.
We designed three immersive play zones—Space, Vehicles, and Classic Stories—each featuring brick-powered interactive experiences. Highlights included a zero-gravity photo booth, an alien portrait gallery, a character-building studio, a duckling pond, a car-tunnel lab, and more hands-on moments that encouraged kids to create, explore, and play.
